As a DoorDasher, I often find myself relying on the service at Taco Bell, but my experiences there have been disappointing. It seems that they prioritize other customers over my orders, which arrive significantly later. On several occasions, my food has been handed to other customers, not because of any mix-up on my part, but due to their mistakes. Unfortunately, I often receive complaints from customers about these issues. Overall, this location has a lot of room for improvement; it appears they only have one employee who is genuinely attentive to their work. Taco Bell needs to hire more competent staff to change the current situation.
I was really disappointed with my Crunchwrap; it had barely a spoonful of meat and was mostly just lettuce and tortilla. The Baja Blast was also really unappetizing and didn’t taste like it should. Overall, it definitely wasn't worth the money, and I won’t be returning to this location.

Spoiled tortilla chips...all the stuff I asked for to be deleted like tomatoes was still on the chalupas . The tortilla chips were either spoiled or soaked in bad oil. I called the manager amanda and told her first about the chips and she said someone reported that earlier in the day. Then why continue to serve it? I came back to the store after my chalupas were wrong that I ordered on the site and asked for a refund. I came back to the store, just to have three employees just stare at me without asking if Iran be helped. I eventually got a manager(amanda) and she challenged me to my order. Poor manager that needs to be fires and employees disciplined for not helping a customer.
The last 3 times we’ve went something has been missing from our order. This used to be the best Taco Bell around. We don’t order a lot either so idk what the problem is. Nothing more annoying than grabbing dinner, getting home and not having your stuff.
