Rate it five because it deserves. I think for the times that I have in land-style branches (shoprite branch, amakohia branch) for meetings and birthdays, the food I had so far are excellent like their coconut rice, pizza, shawarma, burgers, snails, fish, cakes, chicken, yam and egg source. Gush, the egg source is massive. Your prices are especially affordable for us students. Please @countrystyle continue good work N... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Country Style Chicken:
Their pizza and Shawarma are terrible. Seeing as they're the first things advertised when you visit the place you'd think it would taste good but I left feeling unsatisfied. I'm only giving 2 stars because the employees were nice. View all feedback.

It was good.. nice quiet place to eat. Friendly staff
The food wasn't special. And when I wanted to work for a few hours on my laptop (I'm visiting and still working US hours remotely), they said it was not allowed. This was after I'd paid for my food, already been working for a few hours and was about to start a meeting. This is the first I've ever heard of laptops not being allowed in a restaurant/eatery but now I'm seeing what people talk about when they say Nigeria is against its own progress. Apparently everyone is either a Yahoo boy or needs to take their tech expertise to Lagos or Abuja because this is the type of nonsense that will keep the east (even a fairly progressive city like Owerri) in the dark and behind the rest of Nigeria. Very dissapointing as a diasporan born abroad looking for ways to contribute to Igboland.
The foods are also very tasty and beautiful surroundings
Plantainbrei with snails was only #1500. Good price and tastes nice. Hey, add a stew!
