Rossi's Pizza - Owego

The food was excellent fast and the menu is pretty large for the type of restaurant that it is. The atmosphere was nice and it was pretty clean. The staff was friendly helpful and quick as well. The tabletops when we sat down were a little bit dirty and it was clear they had not been cleaned since the last people even though there were few customers at the time. The chalkboard walls are a cute and fun idea but it was hard to see all of the menu the way that the counter cases of food are situated and I had to ask the clerk behind the counter to read it for me and explain what was available on the sandwich menu. Other than that I really enjoyed it. Keep up the good work.

This restaurant is absolutely terrible! My niece and mother ordered 3 subs for delivery by 4pm on 11/17/21. By 5:30pm, the order still hadn't arrived. We contacted the restaurant, who claimed they had tried to deliver and call but no one answered. We never received a call and our dogs didn't bark. They said they would redeliver, but they never did. We called again and finally went to the restaurant at 7pm to pick up the order. The service was incredibly slow and the management was unhelpful. The place was filthy and overall, our experience here was awful. Avoid this restaurant at all costs!

I ordered a pizza and boneless wings from this restaurant. It took them over two hours to deliver my meal, and when it finally arrived, it was barely warm. I was told the wait would be about an hour when I placed my order, which I was fine with, but waiting for two hours or more was a total disappointment.

This restaurant was a disaster. I had to wait an extra 45 minutes for a $200 order that was just down the street. When I finally got it home, the food was cold and was prepared incorrectly. When I called to complain, they told me to bring it back to the restaurant to eat there. After the person hung up on me and wouldn't answer my calls, I decided to just go to a different restaurant that actually values their customers.

My wife and I had never tried Rossi's Pizza before, but we recently decided to give it a chance. We ordered a full sheet pizza with pepperoni, ham, sausage, and onions, as well as two dozen wings in garlic and parmesan and sweet red pepper flavors. We also got a salad, a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich, cinnamon knots, and a 2L bottle of root beer. The food was ready in 45 minutes and we were impressed with the quality. The pizza had a great crust and flavorful toppings, and tasted just as good cold the next day. The wings were crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, with the sweet red pepper flavor being a standout. The salad was fresh and satisfying, and the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich was good but could have had more filling. The cinnamon knots were delicious but could have used more butter. Overall, we were very happy with our meal and will definitely be back to Rossi's in the future. Thank you for the great food!
