Dunkin' - Owego

Food was good. Staff polite. But the whole layout of parking, the store, ordering and pick up is chaos. Not laid out well at all.

The location on keystone ave in sayre is an alpt room to pull one or out, parking is much too small to have the flow of traffic they are doing, making it very difficult to go through, the coffee is nothing to rave over either

It was quite an experience for us as we traveled from Toronto to NYC. After driving overnight, we were looking for a place to take a break and recharge before continuing our journey. We took an exit for Owego and, after crossing the bridge into this lovely county, we stumbled upon a Dunkin' Donuts near a gas station. We ordered our breakfast of egg and cheese sandwiches and enjoyed them with a stunning view of the river right behind us.

This is a lovely, spotless restaurant located in an unexpected area. The staff moved quickly, likely because of the limited options nearby. My cappuccino was ready by the time I arrived, which was only about three minutes later. Thank you!

The service here is consistently fast and friendly. My orders are always accurate. However, parking can be quite limited during busy hours. The location could benefit from a thorough cleaning, both inside and outside.
