Arby's - Owego

I love Arby's, but unfortunately, there's none nearby.

I always have a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff is incredibly nice, and the general manager, Elaine Connor, was especially delightful. She ensured that we received our sandwiches properly, even running inside to catch up with us and deliver our food directly. They went above and beyond to make up for any inconvenience, although there really wasn't one—everyone was just so friendly and attentive.

I really enjoy her rub sandwiches. The sweet tea is great too. The staff is friendly, and the place is clean.

I had a frustrating experience at the drive-thru. The employee there insisted that I come inside to pick up my order, even though the drive-thru was empty and there were no customers in the restaurant. Thankfully, I didn’t let my dissatisfaction affect the food. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.
