I really enjoyed this restaurant, but I was disappointed when they removed my favorite ice cream flavor. I used to spend a lot of money on it, thinking it was mine and my cousin's favorite, but it turns out it wasn't. We were very surprised to find out it was no longer available. The staff mentioned it wasn't selling well, but I used to buy it in bulk. I hope they bring back that flavor in the future, as I haven't enjoyed the new options as much. My wife was craving cupcakes so I took her to NYG cupcakes in owasso. I'm not big on cupcakes but I do have a weakness for ice cream. My wife's cupcake wasn't very good but wasn't terrible. The icing was way too rich for the amount that was used and the vanilla cake was kinda bland and too dense. It's texture was closer to cornbread than cake. The ice cream was melted and dripping all over the place before we could get it out of the store. The oatmeal cookie flavor was the worst flavor I had ever tasted. I love oatmeal cookies and I love ice cream but this stuff was so unbearable that I threw it away in the closest trash can I could find. It's very rare for me to trash something I paid for even if I didn't care for it and I can't think of a time that I have ever thrown away ice cream.
