Tried this local spot in Owasso. Food was tasty and it had the perfect atmosphere. Service was great. Drinks were always full and she checked in on us often. I ordered the Mexican Skillet for the Monday special and loved it. Strips of chicken, peppers and onions , on a bed of rice and drenched in quesso. Delicious! Our favorite Mexican place closed, so we opted to try Mr. Pancho's. We've driven past it 100's of times and never given it a thought. The food was very basic. VERY basic. It isn't a very comfortable place to eat. It was hot and humid inside. Service was bare bones. Our waitress took our order, brought our food and check, but we never saw her otherwise. Excellent service by great people. Oscar was our server tonight and the Top Shelf Queso was on point. Best in Oklahoma. The House Margaritas are delish.
