but in 15 minutes, friendly staff, manager also. great eating, as always. it was refreshing to see that the manager triggers the staff when needed, from cleaning tableware, storing the things in the holding department and even cleaning a chaos on the stairs. a great visit! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Hideaway Pizza:
Food was okay. Service was terrible. Actually had to get up and go find a waitress to refill my son's drink. Then she decided to stand around and visit. Then had to ask twice for a to go box. It wasn't busy either. Probably won't be going back. View all feedback.
The place is busy. We got set right down, got our drinks right away. Ordered one small pizza for the wife and two kids and I. Didn't get our pizza after an hour. Asked 40 minutes in what was going on and was told it will be another 20 minutes to get our single small pizza. Yea not going back. Ever.
Service was good but pizza was really greasy. Could have been because it was a pepperoni bonanza (lots of pepperoni). Will return and try a different pizza.
A pizza chain with really good fried mushrooms! Normally, I'm no fan of mushrooms in the slightest. I'll get mushrooms from here though! Normally. I just get pepperoni from any pizza place I go to because I'm a pretty plain person.However, there is a pizza I got here called the Chicken Florintine. If you want a chicken pizza with a lot of flavor, this is the one to try! I will always sing its praise!

Pizza was punctual and absolutely delicious as usual. they will not find better torte than hideaway, each one is fantastic.
