Chili's Grill - Owasso

Our server Brad was phenomenal. We never had to ask for anything, he was on point during our entire meal. Our food was great and the President Margarita was delish! I highly recommend the Owasso Chili’s.

Food was not hot they forgot our shrimp add on. Very disappointed we have gone to Claremore's and decided to try Owasso's both bad. Sorry use to like Chili's not any more.

This Chili's never disappoints!! Food is always delicious and the staff is so kind and friendly.

I asked for my sauce twice and never got it, my food was cold when I asked again. We were up- charged for switching out salsa for ranch. When I asked if they would remove the charge the manager Jake came out and asked what the issue was. I explained we had never been charged for switching sauces before, he said oh they should have. I asked, if they could make an exception since we weren't told and never charged before he gave a sharp no and walked away, awful service. I guess it was worth losing long time customers.

Chilis does awesome at having so many great locations!!(I eat here 3 times a week.. You serve corn on the cob and steak.. Please For the love of God ...please get some tooth picks!
