I ate udon grilled with salt koji. It was the first time to eat udon grilled with salty sauce, but it was delicious with a gentle taste.
The retro pork is gluten free, but don't eat the pickles. The miso soup is usually ok for Corliss as well, but about it if you're unsure.

餐點現點現做，手藝很好 板娘很親切 點了烏龍麵、套餐1號漢堡肉非常美味，2號鹽焗豬很鮮甜，板娘特別拿出溫泉水栽培的豆芽菜，比一般豆芽菜長，非常的特別 店裡賣的大鰐產蘋果汁很好喝 謝謝板娘送我們2瓶，希望有機會再來！
大鰐もやし､ふきのとう､ビーツ､りんご等 うまく調理されていました｡ そこにメイン料理 ハンバーグまたはポークソテー が付くので､ ボリュームはあります｡美味しく 頂きました｡
