Hoy, tras ms de 30 minutos esperando a que la camarera decidiera atendernos y viendo como gente que llegaba detrs de nosotros reciba su consumicin, comenzamos a impacientarnos. Durante todos estos minutos hemos sido testigos de como trataba a cada uno de los clientes: clientes que desde el otro lado de la barra piden ser cobrados mientras la camarera canta y hace caso omiso, que le preguntan si les est escuchando y reciben como contestacin de manera borde, que se esperen y que si que les escucha. Otros que piden un zumo para su beb y cuya respuesta es es inviable a pesar de tener la mquina preparada con la fruta y en funcionamiento). Nosotras mismas que escuchamos comentarios de mira que mal me estn mirando ... Cansados y ya impacientes , nos levantamos para pedir nuestra consumicin y recibimos malas caras y un ya os atendere Por todo ello pedimos la hoja de reclamaciones, a lo que la respuesta de esta chica es un No tengo y vete a tomar caf a otro sitio A su vez, delante de los agentes sigue farfullando sobre nosotras de manera tremendamente irrespetuosa. Es por todo esto que nos hemos sentido obligados a ejercer nuestro derecho como consumidores y hemos llamado a la polivia, que se ha personado all (en primer lugar la nacional y posteriormente la local) . Tras pedir ellos dicha hoja, todo son excusas y mi jefe est de viaje Yo solo hago suplencias y no se donde est la hoja Es que poner una hoja por un puto caf . Tras 1h esperando hemos marchado de all sin poner la hoja de reclamaciones, sin consumicin,sintiendo nos maltratadas y escuchando como nos segua poniendo verdes mientras nos dirigimos a la salida, pero sabiendo que tanto la polica Local como la nacional daran parte de lo ocurrido con nosotras y con las otras personas que se quejaron. Es una pena que nos hayamos tenido que llevar tan mal rato en un lugar al que acudimos con asiduidad y con el que no hemos tenido ningn problema en el resto de ocasiones y todo porque una camarera ha decidido tirar por tierra al local con su actitud.
