"They often forget that I have the deluxe family meal plan, which is supposed to be two for six based on my previous orders. The manager seems quite indifferent about this issue, and I believe this should be addressed at the reception desk. Furthermore, the cleanliness inside the restaurant is quite lacking, and the watery black beans they serve are unappetizing. It's time to clean up your establishment before the health department steps in. But then again, this is Florida. Ha! Prospective diners, be cautious! You should be ashamed of the state of your restaurant."

Later, I decided to try the steak plate, which came with mac and cheese and yellow rice with vegetables. I must say, the steak was juicy and tender, which was a highlight of my meal. I also ordered the grilled chicken plate with potatoes but no gravy. Unfortunately, the portions were underwhelming—just two pieces of chicken alongside my potatoes topped with gravy. At least the chicken was tender, which made it a bit better. Overall, I wish the experience had been more satisfying.

This experience was truly disappointing. They never seem to get my order right. I tried ordering ahead to avoid the wait, but I ended up sitting in the restaurant for an additional 25 minutes after the promised time. Is that acceptable after they had 40 minutes to prepare it? I don’t think so. When I asked the person who handed me my food about the sauce that was supposed to be in the bag, he claimed it was included, but I didn’t see any sauce at all. I understand that they might be short-staffed, but this has been an ongoing issue for years. I keep trying every six months, hoping things have improved, but I'm always let down.

Two consecutive days. For the first time, I have a meal with two sides. I got my two. Not because they were out of her and no one even harassed me to say or reimburse me until I checked it myself after the meal. 2. I got a meal with two sides, one of them was rice. You have little rice. I asked for something more since I got a good part on the other day. The manager of the place came to talk to me as seriously! And wanted to charge me more if I just need a little more.. I don't even ask for extra protein, that's rice! They made a big deal out of my simple question and they still haven't honoured my request that I don't... really? You need to learn how to handle customers respectfully and be flexible when the request is appropriate.?

Food was decent but what happened to decor? It's like a blank bldg that serves chicken and rice...dining area has no appeal. Young lady who waited on us was pleasant.
