Neglect online orders. Arrived at the pickup time, waited in line, inquired about online order. Employee said she had not gotten to those yet as it was quite busy, then proceeded to help the people just walking in while continuing to neglect online orders. It would’ve been faster if I had just ordered in person. View all feedback.

I just had one of the most unwelcoming interactions from the employee, who's name on my receipt reads as Lukas, working behind the counter. No greeting and acted as if me being in the store to purchase a drink was an inconvenience to her. I won't be back to this Planet Smoothie.Edited for spelling.

The are so fast and the smoties are amaizingly goooooodddd..
We were there one hour before closing. Why post hours if you aren't going to be open? They just lost two customers forever.
