It's hard to believe this is a new shop, because the employees are so good at what they do and are very efficient. The food is so fresh and delicious. We do visit all the local food establishments intown pretty regularly. We really missed having Tiffany's subs in Overton and this has been a nice option of somewhat similarstyle of sub sandwich. The shop is always very clean and smells delicious and they always keep things stocked with helperschecking on the stock as other employees make the food. I've never had them tell me they're out of an ingredient for anysandwich I've ordered. The customer service is always fantastic and I'm glad they have an easy option to tip when you pay bycredit card, something we always do. They have different percentages that are an easy quick click away. You don't have to pick20% if you don't want to tip as high as a dine in, but sure hope people tip these hard working, show up to work with a smile,when so many aren't these days, employees! Thanks to everyone who works there. We'll see you again this weekend most likely!

The staff member informed me that they were o... read more The first incident occurred when I ordered a sandwich, and after the first half was prepared, I asked for lettuce. The staff member informed me that they were out of lettuce. I was taken aback and expected some sort of solution, but he just stared at me and waited. I could have left, but instead, I opted for spinach, which I really didn't want. The second issue arose during a mobile app order. I arrived to pick up two sandwiches, but one of them hadn't gone through the system. When I asked them to figure out what happened, they were unable to provide an explanation and didn't seem to care either. While I understand that app glitches can occur and might not be their fault, their lack of concern was disappointing. The third time I used the app to order two sandwiches, and when I got home, I found that the bread was incorrect, the sandwiches weren't toasted, and the cheese was wrong. I checked the receipt, and everything was listed exactly as I had ordered it. It made me wonder why they couldn't read the order properly. Overall, my biggest concern is the customer service. This is a small town, and I genuinely want to see this restaurant succeed. If anyone from the restaurant reads this, please know that we want to support you, but we need to feel that our concerns are taken seriously.

Other than that they got really good food at Subway. It's all the same stuff. It just depends on who's serving it to you and the customer service you get.
