But 3 courses were quantitatively quite sufficient. The starters were tasty, 2 amuse bouches. 60 degrees egg yolk with asparagus sauce. Salty, but tasty. The vegetables very tasty and nicely laid out but again too salty. The main course sirloin steak was unfortunately so sinewy that my girlfriend complained about this. Potatoes Opperdoes, glassy but I think that 's the custom here with mustard, fine. I myself also had 'problems ' with sinewy meat, but not as bad as my girlfriend. After indicating this, we could get a replacement tenderloin. So in that respect excellent service. I had thrown away the fried !? white cabbage at home as 'burned '. Sounds a bit negative because it tasted nice. The gravy was tasty too. Then the dessert: very special. But smoke flavor through your ice cream!? Delicious and dirty together.
