The service was pretty remarkable. It was just one person cooking, serving and cashier. The atmosphere was different in a good way. Anyone could come in and fill comfortable. This is definitely old school diner. View all feedback.
We were greeted with a smile, the food looked awesome, was cooked too perfection and delicious. My Lady had the patty melt and I had the bacon double cheeseburger with fries. Great job!!! ??
I love eating breakfast here. Elizabeth and Cindy always take care of us. My husband and I come here a couple of times a week for biscuits gravy American fries. I also love the omelets!!
I came in on Wednesday March 20th. Mind you that I have frequented this place for at least 40 years. I ordered my meal and had coffee. Paid for my meal and gave the gray haired lady a 30% tip. I was getting ready to leave but ran into a friend at the diner. I stayed and talked to him for 15 minutes. I asked the gray haired lady if I could have another cup of coffee. She turned around and gave me the cruelest look I have ever seen. She acted like I had no right to ask for coffee. I was absolutely astounded and shocked. I’ve lived here for years. It is a shame that I received this kind of treatment. I will never ever come back here, you have lost a faithful customer. Your gray haired lady should be fired, at best. Word will get around because she was disrespectful and rude. A forty year customer, really!
The food was great! I had a BLT, and it was loaded with bacon ? . Yummy!
We had a wonderful breakfast here. It is a down home classic diner. You have to be a bit patient as one person can only do so much at once. But it was very delicious and cozy. I never had a Slinger Plate but I would suggest adding onions and shredded cheese. The French Toast is kind of small so if you usually get two and IHOP then you should order three here.
