Subway - Overland Park

Two awesome ladies had to deal with a real mean combative customer who tried to even come behind the counter. They handled it so well and professional!

She built a good sandwich but neither women on duty know any idea of what customer service is! ???? they didn't greet nor acknowledge me in anyway for about 5 minutes! Unacceptable! There was only one person in front of me in line. Both worked on web orders b4 customer in the restaurant they didn't even say hi. Zero acknowledgement not even eye contentment or smile. Boo ???? I will tell everyone!!

As I currently sit here eating a delicious sandwich, I am at awe at how these two employees are handling the never ending line they have. They have greeted their customers, take time to listen to their orders all while being efficient in controlling this lunch rush. Good job you two and just in case no one tells you today, your doing a wonderful job and thank you for a delicious lunch!

This Subway is one of my favorites, The manager is always kind and they have wonderful staff, everyone there takes pride in their work, just wanted to let someone know they have a good store here??I have been coming to this subway for several years.

Visit from the city of California and found this subway near my hotel in holiday inn. first sight from going to the subway it is super clean and the staff works super beautiful. the girls who worked on the back were very kind as they took their time and did not rush me into the line. if they love subway like me, this is a perfect place to get a sandwich twice in this week and perfectly both paint.
