This restaurant has an excellent underground location. The service was outstanding and catered to my personal requests. The space, including the tables, floors, and restrooms, was clean and well-organized. The vegetables used to stuff my sandwich were very fresh. What User doesn't like about Subway:
The only reason I’m giving this restaurant one star is that there’s no option for zero stars. I waited for over an hour, and there was only one person working. The music had terrible lyrics, he kept answering the phone while customers were waiting, and more than ten people walked out. He was incredibly slow and not helpful at all. The load was not organized and neatly dumped stacked. only had multigrain bread. prep was not done, I asked for gurken and wobbled and was told that they were not suggested! the first subway was and went very unhappy. I do not recommend this subway
Highly do not recommend this subway. noah was being very rude and kept trying to play it off. they put everything away and had no lettuce and other veggie options at 7 pm when they close at 9! As we were leaving he decided to argue with his coworker right in front of us, customer service was terrible.
At 8:20 they had already put everything away. The guy making our sandwiches took FOREVER! There were two people working and only one was working on our sandwich. Worst experience EVER! Looked back on new reviews and they’re not wrong… this place sucks!
They are very slow.....really need to pick up speed for more happy customers.
I order herbs and cheese bread but every time they end up providing me multigrain. Not the first time they don't even pick up the call very disappointing.
