Starbucks - Overland Park

Same as most Starbucks BUT sometimes they give my giant dog a Great Dane sized pupichinnos and I love them for it.

Keaton was great. Patient with our order he was wise and kind, friendly and even gave us a little pup cup for my dog. It was sweet and genuine and just good service. Thank you star bucks and Keaton! Heather

Syd, Alleliu, Jennifer and Olivia — top notch morning baristas. Kind, enthusiastic and receptive to conversation. I try hard to be someone who enjoys each day no matter who I come across and those coffee connoisseurs only made that more fun and easy. I hope their supervisors realize what a quality team those Java joy-makers were to the community on Wednesday. Will be returning.

I came here last Wednesday around 7am and the store was closed. Went today at 730 (Monday) and it appeared they were open so I pulled into the drive thru but nobody responded to the order box. Then I pulled around, parked, and went to the walk up window to see what was going on and if they were even open. After I knocked on the walk up window the lady in the store just shook her head no at me. Couldn’t even bother to open the window and explain what was going on or simply tell me they were close … – show

Just close this location permanently. They are NEVER open even when it says they are online. Get to the drive thru and there’s always “sorry we’re closed” signs. It seems the employees never want to work and they’re never open according to what the hours say. We live right up the street and can never catch this Starbucks open. Won’t be returning to this location.
