Pinstripes - Overland Park

We met at pinstripes so decided to eat there on Valentine's Day. I ate our dinner.

I will start with the the positive...the food quality is very good. Everyone really liked their food. Even though our server was nice, the overall service is not good. They leave a container of water on the table, but when you have 5 people it goes fast. The water was consumed along with all the drinks we paid for in no time. For the remainder of our meal No refills or even back to ask if we wanted another glass of wine or another beer, which they could have made more money by bringing. I will admit the only reason we tried this restaurant out is because we didn't have reservations and it was the only place we could get into.

The manager who welcomed us and sat was extremely helpful, attentive and a full of information. our server was personal, timely and attentive. that was amazing. we have often visited pinstripes in the last 5 years and this was our best experience so far!

Staff was unprecedented and friendly. good that it was so good.

Was not here in a few years. waited 10 minutes behind a table that had no reservation. we had one. Missing drink. short time between appetizer and entrees. forgotten salate. appetizers were excellent; very average. customer service could be much better.
