love this vegan bakery! they have great bakery/breakfast. many drinks options (coffee, tee some of my favorite (no case) zimtrolle, donut (pumpkin, double chocolate with folds; taste like fudge) poptarts, colache. can order personally or online. they will create their drink option to warm up food for pick-up orders. Food and coffee is really good! Just not the friendliest employees. I probably stood at the counter in front of two employees for two full minutes until they actually acknowledged me. They were literally arranging pastries and looking at online orders before they even said hi or even looked at me while I was standing right in front of them. Had vegan baked. was great. the type that helped me was very friendly, which is important to me as black. when I see my daughter in overland park, I'll go mud pie bakery too. nice that there is no one here in springfield, because my blood sugar would come through that dach!
Excellent bakery. I had her muffins and breakfast defect. and today I had the tuna near sandwich. it was incredibly satisfying and delicious.
Best little bakery in the area, vegan or not! The kolaches, pop tarts, and cinnamon rolls are our favs! And don't forgot the coffee!
Mud Pie Bakery Coffee is hands down the best vegan/GF bakery I have found. I always love coming here not only because their products are out of this world, but also due to the friendliness of the employees. I have never run into a problem with not being approached by an employee and taking my order. If you’re looking for conveniently priced, insanely delicious vegan and gluten free baked goods, look no further!!
