Mcguire's Tavern - Overland Park

Menu online was not the menu now, or apparently the menu a year ago according to our waitress. Was pretty disappointing since I was looking forward to some Bangers Mash to share with my wife. The place was packed! Taco Tuesday! The bar tender was having to work the bar and help with the tables. The server was new too. Everyone was so nice. Hoping to have a new hangout!

I love McGuire's. The food is wonderful, the service is always good.and the atmosphere can't be beat. A comfortable neighborhood tavern.

Used to love it, but can't stand the owner now. I will miss my drinking buddies and bartenders who I've been so lucky to call my friends. It won't be the same for any of us there.

They were out of most or the items we wanted. Ended up leaving because of it. Maybe we can try the food next time. Loud sports blasting over the sound system just wasn’t the environment I was looking for.
