Jimmy John's - Overland Park

I placed an online order for delivery as soon as the restaurant opened. The order was out for delivery at 11:12 am, which was great. However, it is now 1:02 pm and I still have not received my sandwich. When I called to inquire about the delay, I was informed that either the drivers or openers did not show up for their shift, causing them to run behind schedule. I have always been a fan of Jimmy John's, but this experience has been disappointing. Goodcents does not take two hours to deliver a sandwich and chips like this Jimmy John's location. It's a shame.

I placed an order for delivery at 8:00, with an expected delivery time of 8:30. It is now 9:10 and the restaurant is closed. According to the tracker, my food was delivered, but I never received it. I did not receive any communication about a delay or cancellation of my order. I tried calling the restaurant, but there was no answer. It is unacceptable to only deliver the order without giving the person their food. Where is my order?

I absolutely adore their sandwiches! My favorite is always the number 9. For a perfect lunch, try the number 8 sandwich with a side of pickle. The service was quick and friendly, despite the large crowd. The pickle this time was a bit stale, so I recommend asking them to double check if you prefer your pickles crunchy and fresh. This is my favorite sandwich shop whenever I need a quick and filling meal. They have a wide variety of options, including kid-sized sandwiches and non-bread options for those avoiding carbs. Definitely worth checking out!

After ordering online with one shop as delivery store.. Im instructed to call 2 more to check on my order. Finally got correct delivery store and they have went above and beyond. Delivery Driver was amazing.

Top Tier customer service from all in the restaurant and eating was made very fast!
