Fortune Wok Asian Sushi - Overland Park

Today was mine and my girlfriends first time here. The food was outstanding but the service was..interesting and rude. We each ordered a chicken lunch dish and a sushi roll. The woman who was working took our sushi to a different table because she thought 'that was too much food for 2 women to eat '. I found that a little offensive and then as we 're finishing up the man brought boxes over to our table and started packing our food up for us and rushed us out of there even though the restaurant only had 4 tables being occupied. I would order takeout again, but not a dine in experience I 'd prefer to go through again.

I was just passing by and decided to try a take-out order of sesame chicken and chicken lomein. The chicken pieces were huge and delicious. This was not the typical Chinese food I expected. The lomein looked plain but when I tasted it was very flavorful and plentiful. I was impressed with the unique experience. Definitely coming back and check out other popular dishes and a dine-in ambiance. Then also check out their Sushi bar.

Fortune Wok is the best! Large variety of different dishes as well as sushi. Love the basil jalapeño chicken, firecracker chicken and the Thai basil chicken fried rice. If you're looking for a refreshing summer cocktail, the KettleOne basil lemonade is perfection

Very good. Nice atmosphere. Food was sooo good. We had chicken teriyaki sushi roll and a flaming volcano drink. All portions are large and you definitely get your money's worth.

Anytime my wife and I are in Overland Park this is the first place we try to go. It has some of the best gluten free Chinese food we've ever been able to have or find.
