Flapjacks 'n More - Overland Park

One of my favorite breakfast spots! The manager and waiters are great and the food is delicous. Portions have gotten smaller recently though (Omelets in particular). My recent visit (9/2/23) was subpar. The new waiter didnt have the energy that i'm used to from previous visits and sounded bored. We had to ask for a few items that were missed along with water never being refilled. Food also came out meh, with the fruit being dry and my hashbrowns being burnt. I hope flapjacks improves because It really is a great place.

The food for the price us definitely not worth it. Country fried steak tasted like a frozen patty for the prices I would have assume the food would be just a bit fresher and that was the most popular dish suggested by the server. The dollar sign for this restaurant should be , not . For toast, sausage, and eggs, it should not be over 20 dollars. The toast was dried even with the cream and it wasn't special for the price. The eggs had no taste. Tge sausage was the only decent thing. Would not recommend if you are looking for a good, cheap restaurant. The staff was decent, probably about it.

Great breakfast! Pancakes are fluffy, and reasonably sized (not giant like some places. Husband had biscuits with over easy eggs, cooked perfectly. The sausage gravy was the best I've tasted in a restaurant. Really great place to go. We will be back.
