Lost my business. Wanted one bagel. Waited over 20 minutes while they filled on line orders which took priority over the 25 people waiting inside the store. Cranky staff. Will just drive through Panera next time. Not worth the wait or the attitude….it’s just a bagel. View all feedback.
Forget about coming here weekend mornings. With 5 staff working their tails off. 20 mins to get a bagel with smear. Too many online orders plus 25 people in line for the overwhelmed staff to serve.
My wife and I are Einstein Bros. Bagels Rewards members. My review has nothing to do with the quality of the food, service, facility, etc., which for the most part are okay for us. What I do find exasperating though is having to wait for our order/food to be ready, then pay, THEN be given the drink/coffee cup. Most folks that go to a fast casual restaurant go there because they are either in a hurry or need to move along-the time value factor. Any other fast casual and especially fast food rest … – show
The food tastes good but don’t look up… chunks of dust hanging from the celling over the food prep station and in the lobby. Wont be back until some major cleaning is complete
College Ave. store seems to be falling apart. Large potholes in Drive-thru, out of inventory regularly, Don't asked for dill pickels with sandwich…it disappears between the order phone and Express window.
First time ever eating at any Einstein locations. My partner got three bagels and I got a breakfast burrito. Total was around $19. Got in the car to head off to get ready for the day and unwrapped the burrito? It looked good, but the wrap was stuck to the paper as if it had been thrown in the microwave from a prior order.
