I discovered this place quite on accident. I go on long runs or walks regularly, and much longer ones on the weekend, and one early morning I was far from home exploring the back streets of downtown OP with my dog when I came across this artificial turf covered empty lot between two buildings with a stainless steel old school camping trailer and several patio tables/chairs. Great doughnuts! The shop is outside in between two stores about a block east of the fish mural.
First visit. Will be back. Great doughnuts. Interesting that it is cheaper to buy six individual doughnuts than 6 together.

Absolutely wonderful! Great place to come grab donuts and hang out for a few. She's amazing and always has a smile on her face! Donuts are awesome, too!
One of the best chocolate iced donuts I've ever had. Gracie was an awesome host as well.
