Cocobolos Mexican Grill Cantina

With some friends. it was nice to talk. server was polite. we are there in happy hour. We were told that drinks were halfway away, but nothing was said about appetizers or where to find them for happy hour. after our order we found the happy hour menu. if we had seen or informed about it, we would have ordered from there.

Food was good and the staff was above par. Will definitely go back again

Very friendly and attentive waitstaff! Great selection of drinks flights and food. The margarita pitchers were excellent as was the taco bowl with jalapeno ranch! I need another HUGe Margarita!

Coco bolos has always been our favorite dinner date place until recently. we decided to go back to last weeks, hoping that our previous bad experience was a fuke. they were formerly amazing! it really upsets me that the service and quality of the food has become so bad. it wasn't because there wasn't enough server. it was because some children dressed for homecoming, who seemed to know people or possibly work there, had koks in to show how big she saw all dressed. at this time it was at 9:30 and there were only a few more in the restaurant, k think two, maybe the tables outside. the first was that we were there a little before 9 and the waitress told us that we were going to wait around 9 for the waitress and wait for it or come back 9 to take our job for a reverse happy hour. she returned by 9 never again our waters to take our order and tells us that they do not reverse happy hour tacos. it was at this moment on the website that they still did. the next thing happened a bit through the meal. we ordered another drink 2 margaritas x we watch them go to the kitchen and 15 minutes later we have no drinks yet and can see and hear a large group of employees, including a woman who seemed to be the manager with the dresses up teens. there is no bartender at the bar, even at our drinks. So I went to the kitchen and asked if someone would make our drinks, it was at least 15 minutes. the woman I suspect was the manager, went over and made her. we finished each one third jumbo margarita one because later and then waited for the check. Now the manager 5 has taken from our meal, we spent about 80 before tax and tip. I really wish they would get it together because the food was really good and we loved the drinks. I know there is a high turnover rate in restaurants and they are just as good as their employees, but at the moment they don't have many good. I hope it's coming back how great it was.

We had a group of six and all had a great time! the drinks were fast and delicious, loved the chips and refills, and we all enjoyed our entrees. thanks for a wonderful culinary experience!
