Baskin-robbins - Overland Park

This has become my wife's and my go-to for an after dinner ice cream fix. The staff is always friendly and quick to serve. No one ever seems to be just standing around. Everyone is busy serving, cleaning, stocking, etc. We drive out of our way to go to this particular Baskin Robbins, and pass up at least one other due to the great service we get here!

They close in 15 minutes, yet said they aren’t making anymore shakes or blasts for the night because they already cleaned…… I can get ice cream only. Horrible customer service.

Very friendly service. Always lots of flavors to choose from

The staff is always friendly! They have a huge assortment of almost any ice cream combination that you could imagine or combine. The prices are reasonable. They also sell some of their notorious flavors in small tubs to take home to the whole family or one for just yourself. The establishment is always neat and clean. We like their late hours when other ice cream shops have closed. THANKS Baskin-Robbins!!!

It was absolutely disgusting I asked for sherbert and they gave me mango, disappointing.
