Very nice place to have a ladies luncheon or have some French dessert. The 119 Street location is more streamlined. If you want the full experience go to the original main Street location.

Food is consistent the atmosphere is very inviting.

This place is a Kansas City institution. Amazing food and desert and coffee, it's a must try! We are regulars on weekends for the lunch special, that comes with bread, fancy coffee drink, main entre, sides, and a piece of pastry from the display case. All for about 20 dollars, it's absolutely amazing. Makes you feel like you are in a small cafe in Europe! Owners are always there and very friendly, and the service always top notch. Just love the place. Love it!

Felt unwelcome. Came in 25 minutes before closing and was told that they could maybe warm up a quiche. We got coffee and dessert then watched the server sit down and have a full meal. First time here. Bought a large box of chocolate- also felt unwelcome while choosing chocolate. Don't think we will return with so many other choices of better customer service so close by.

Disappointed with myself I have not reviewed Andre's before. This has been our dessert/pastry place for years! Love everything about it- the Leawood location is perfect- and the pastries I think are the best!! My favorites are the napoleons they often run out if you go later in the day : , lemon tart, the chocolate raspberry- and omg the almond cookies! Basically everything is just great; be it the pastries- the cakes or cookies! The people working there are friendly and welcoming- and it's just a nice place overall! Oh and we do lunch there off and on as well. Whenever we do I have loved whatever I had; we have to check the menu for the day though and make sure there is a choice for me we don't eat pork . Most recently I had the turkey sandwich- which I think was the cutest to look at and yummiest I have ever had. My husband and daughter had the chicken pot pie and mushroom soup- they both liked it! Long story short- if you have somehow have not checked it out- you definitely should!
