All wines were spot-on. Special flavors, not middle of the road. The food was also delicious, proof that you can eat fantastic food with only vegetables. Eten bij Carotte betekent dat je deel gaat uitmaken van een perfect gedirigeerde symfonie. De gerechten zijn complex en goed doordacht en kunnen worden gecomplimenteerd met buitengewoon goed passende wijnen. Tonight we managed to get a spot at Restaurant Carotte for the first time and it was a fantastic experience! The food was delicious and especially nice to see how quietly, but more than carefully, they work in both the kitchen and the service. Delicious matching wine with every course and a beautiful story with every wine! Highly recommended Service: Dine in
