Exeptional kitchen, a complete surprise. The black porc was amazing, the best porc meat we ever had. Juicy, tasty,perfect. Friendly service. A treat. Try this. (Also lamb chops and chicken very, very good).

Excellent service and great food. Very reasonable price for good sized portions. Nothing is too much for the friendly staff.

Had a little lunch here on the way to Monchique and Algarve coast. Everything we had was just scrumptious. The black pork plumes, freshest and cleanest salads, a puréed vegetable soup, and the sweet rice (rice pudding) with cinnamon for dessert. Plus our waitress Daniela was lovely. She spoke English and menus were also in English. Total bill including 2 glasses of wine and a large water was 31 euros.

Just had the best salad to go with my black pork secretos here. I had a lovely orange, beetroot, onion and fig salad and my husband had a normal salad to accompany his teak. I could just eat that salad and forget the rest of it. d , thank you.

We found this lovely restaurant in Beja , we were greeted with a smile and nothing was to much to please the customers, the food was well presented and tasty, We have been offered the local speciality by other customers , the friendly environment makes this restaurant a great place to visit . Definitely recommend.
