The flavors are refined and not banal, from ricotta, figs and walnuts, to seasonal persimmon, to marron glacè to the excellent pistachio and many other precious flavours. The raw materials are excellent and the consistency is perfect for what a self-respecting ice cream should be, creamy and never hard . Kind and attentive service. Compliments!!

The croissant was excellent and really seemed to be made with butter! Perfect for vegans and lactose intolerants
