Service is halfway self-service so if you are not a snob works perfectly. Stuff is young and kind, which is refreshing. I somehow got two shakeratos, probably because I was trying too hard to explain what I want, which was “Do you have cold coffee too?” and sounded like “cold coffee, two”. I didn’t returned the order because the guy at the bar gave his best to make them. And they were good, so as everything else in Officina del Gusto. Btw, their spirit selection is something that some exclusive bars in big cities could envy.

I tavolini all'interno offrono uno spazio per gustare la colazione (le brioches preparate al momento sono davvero deliziose); durante le serate estive, molte persone si fermano a prendere un gelato. Il parcheggio di fronte è a pagamento, ma è possibile trovare posti liberi non molto lontano. È disponibile una rete Wi-Fi gratuita per tutti i clienti.
