4 stars only because my meal was once more cold even in the middle of the sandwich the cheese around was really not melted. I know it may seem exaggerated, but I can rarely do this kind of little pleasure especially because with the covid we have to pay attention to everything, but eating cold is absolutely not pleasant. Moreover I regret that you did not ask me for my pass or the reception was correct, that is what saves a little. Make an effort to make your customers eat hot especially on the Bon appétit website.

I was dying.
