I advise you not to go there, hygiene taken with a grain of salt, indeterminate waiting time, lack of professionalism, McDonald's would do better Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
The place is great, the atmosphere is super cool and the food is quality! I advise everyone to stop by if you come to the area in summer : Price per person: €10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Great welcome with a dynamic and motivated team, a real pleasure, I recommend Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
No, don 't be fooled by the appearance of a poorly maintained establishment... The catering service is worse! 1 hour and 5 minutes of waiting for two hamburgers, a steak and fries, and a salad... An endless time with children. Four young people at the helm of this establishment unable to take and respect an order correctly, and with the only response. “I know, I got confused” and “there are others who waited longer than you”. Our poor Dutch tourists present that evening were furious, just like us, who were, as much for this wasted evening, as for the image that this establishment reflects of Jura tourism. A total disrespect for an incompetent team, seeming to have an advantage, laughing among themselves, rather than helping each other and helping the leader in difficulty, in short to try to limit the damage and ensure a quality service. As much as we can be or let ourselves be overwhelmed by a situation (note that there were 34 place settings at that time, which is not an exceptional influence either), it is difficult to understand this lack of soft skills but also a commercial spirit... Not even a drink offered to the kids, even though we were on the third round in this interminable wait, with as justification, for the boss 's round, it 's not possible , there is no boss here” The burgers were good nonetheless even if we had paid the bacon supplement and it was forgotten and when we let them know, no refund was offered for the two euros ripped off from a supplement paid and not received ...it 's not for the amount, but more for the principle, as well as for the deplorable image of a tourist trap. As for the salad, the bacon is put as is without the pork being cooked and it is up to us to make our own vinaigrette in a very small ramekin with the mustard, oil and vinegar which are available for free In short, an establishment where we come for its apparent relaxed atmosphere, and from which we leave more tense than when we arrived. Really unpleasant, to avoid as long as this team is in control.
