What Al Dr doesn't like about Scandic Oulu City:
I’m wondering why they have 4 stars…. You have to clean your shower after every use and they don’t have heat when it was 7C outside… never again …. Looks better in pic View all feedback.

The exterior and lobby of the hotel were gorgeous and I expected the same from the room. However, the room was really basic, clean yes, but downright mediocre....
