When I arrived I was contemplating looking else where but I am glad i did not. The burger was great, good size, with great sauce, bun and salad. I was...a little disappointed with the chicken wings, but all in all I was really happy with my meal given the price, and I would happily return.

My boyfriend bought cheeseburgers, he waited minutes but it's ok as long the burger is tasty... It wasn't, the meat was cheap, dry and...no grill flavour also gummy. The bread melted in the cheap mayonnaise. It was a Discounter experience mayo, cheese pickles, meat salat and onion, everything discounter the cheapest of all. Sorry but was no love in this burger although the restaurant is so beautifully decorated. Sad but true.

Staff was super friendly and despite the simple decor, the burgers and service are quality. The low background was pleasant and relaxing. Fries are thick and gourmet, with just the right amount of salt. I recommend the crunchy chicken burger, my wife the bacon burger.

Unfortunately, the restaurant has recently been closing quite frequently at short notice. Sometimes this is noted on the website at short notice, but sometimes it isn't. This is a real shame, but you should definitely check beforehand whether it's actually open that day before making a long trip there. Hopefully, there will be reliable information about opening hours again soon.

According to the email confirmation, they were supposed to arrive in about 80 minutes, which is already quite a long time. Three hours later, and with our stomachs rumbling, we received another email saying that the burger place had canceled the order. No reason, no apology—really awful. No one was available by phone. Unfortunately, that was our last time at Jeff's Burgers.
