The service was f... read more One star is even too much for this bar/diner, which we chose for lunch based on the good reviews. Unfortunately, that wasn 't the case for us. The service was friendly but not attentive: not even a paper placemat to put our cutlery on, but on a wooden table that had seen better days... not to mention the smell of smoke that has lingered inside the place for perhaps years. The food...let 's forget it. We chose the famous Schiposa (cutlet with fries and salad : they were served after about 1/2 hour, practically greasy and burned from the fat. The fries were in a lake of ketchup (what if I hadn 't wanted it? . The beer was good, but it didn 't make up for the other shortcomings. For me, it 's a NO. Thanks!

There was good music playing in the background but not intrusive and the other guests were more than nice too. You felt like you belonged there. It's been a long time since I've been to a restaurant like this. Highly recommended!!
