Since the business has been taken over, the service unfortunately no longer lives up to the quality it once had. I personally have no problem with the current manager. On the other hand, in terms of respecting the opening hours displayed on Google, there is a problem. Several times, Saturday morning (around 11am), when it was displayed on Google that the place was open, it was in the end closed, shutters down. Another point where something important is really missing is the fact that it would be very nice to have a little smile from the staff.
