Steak Club by Most Wanted - Ottensen

The meat was lukewarm, the drinks were taken after the meal, but went to the house nevertheless the service was grottenschlecht. We're not going to visit this place again. Quality of meat and taste of food was nevertheless very good. Shame!

We have never experienced such a bad service in a restaurant before. We had to wait for a very long time for someone to come and take our orders. Other tables (but not all) got a welcome bread with herbs plate. We had to ask for it (after around 30 minutes of getting there) .Our entrees were very good. Then came our main dishes , both steaks, without any of the side dishes we had ordered. We had to wait again for them and when they arrived the steaks were already cold. We could see how overwhelmed the waiters were. They served the wrong dishes to the wrong tables which is unacceptable. The explanation was not enough personnel in the kitchen. The food itself was fine but we will not go back.

We redeemed a voucher from “Taste of Hamburg” and got a really great three courses menu! Unfortunately, you have to bring a lot of patience to eat there. It has always been forgotten our drinks order and we have waited for about 1 1/2 hours for the main course, although it was not full in the restaurant.

Unfortunately we had to wait very long for our food. Salads were delicious and the portions large. Unfortunately, there were only one mini-portion of rosemary meats for steak dishes. Without an additional order of supplements, the boys would not have been fed up. The service was friendly, but not very attentive.

Again and again very service-oriented and very tasty.I was already 3 times there and am very satisfied.
