Upon hearing that my girlfriend has a severe allergy to gluten (celiac) he offered to change his gloves, wipe everything down, and prep her rice bowl with different chicken to avoid any cross-contamination. I can't recommend this place enough. Food is amazing, staff "get it", and their website has all the information you need to make informed dietary choices.

You can get the rice bowl or salad with choice of veggies and protein. Note: the beef is NOT gluten free! Chicken and tofu are safe. Both sauces are also gluten free. A great spot for a quick lunch in Centretown.
