Was User at Red Gables Ramen a mag?
Red Gables Ramen has just opened in place of Red Gables Crepes, and they are already making a name for themselves. They are very knowledgeable about celiac disease and take cross-contamination seriously, which is reassuring for those with dietary restrictions. The ramen is delicious and priced well! Plus, the owner is exceptionally beautiful. View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Red Gables Ramen:
The food was delicious, but there was a lack of care in food preparation for celiac customers. My husband specifically asked for gluten-free options with celiac precautions for a vegan rice noodle ramen, yet he found some wheat noodles mixed in. This is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this place as it poses too much risk. View all feedback.

This restaurant offers gluten-free (GF) ramen broth options, rice noodles, and gluten-free pork chashu! It's a real find since Asian cuisine is often not gluten-free. The menu is very clear, and the owner is friendly and easy to talk to. The ramen broth has a genuinely authentic taste. While they don't have GF tonkotsu broth, the miso and curry varieties we tried were wonderfully rich in flavor. They also offer a seafood option that we didn't sample. As a point of comparison, the tonkotsu soup here is richer and less salty than that of the Santosei franchise in Canada. The slices of pork chashu are thicker, making the ramen quite filling compared to other franchises. We'll definitely be regular customers! We also learned that this restaurant is run by the former owner of Kung Fu Bistro nearby. She previously operated a high-quality Asian restaurant with excellent service but decided to sell as she nears retirement. We're happy for her but sad for us food lovers, as she truly cares about accommodating allergies in her establishment.
