I don't understand why this restaurant has a low rating, but customers should provide detailed reviews with their ratings to help the management improve. I personally had a great experience with the service and enjoyed my beef shawarma. The staff was efficient and friendly. I have had bad experiences at other shawarma places with raw beef and poor customer service, but I was pleased to have no issues here. I will definitely be returning when I am in town again.
I have visited Orient House a few times in the past. The shawarmas are delicious, the service is quick, and the staff is very friendly. The restaurant is conveniently located and easy to find. What truly stands out, however, are their garlic potatoes! I am absolutely in love with them.
