What Anonym dislikes about Fullstart:
We have been ordering from this restaurant for over 20 years. The last two times, the food was so greasy that we couldn't even eat it. I thought it was just a bad day the first time, but it happened again. At $150 for our order, it was very disappointing. The sweet bread-treis was delicious, but the ribs were all fat, the lemon chicken was overboiled and greasy (almost hard), and the chicken balls were the same. View all feedback.

Better than average Chinese faire. I particularly like the noodle dishes. This is our standard Chinese takeout in the area.
Decent delivery Chinese food. It's strictly a pick-up or delivery restaurant. There are no seats inside. Delivery guy is nice.
I ordered delivery tonight from this place. Ok price, have had the food before and enjoyed it.Tonight, they forgot my crispy pork, which was on our bill and we did pay for. I called to ask either for my money back or my food and was called a liar. I was told my food was delivered, so tough luck. The woman on the phone was very rude and kept interrupting me. After being called a liar again, she said maybe she'd check with her store manager and give us store credit. I said again, no, I want to be reimbursed or I want my food delivered. She finally said they'd bring it in 2 hours. I said no, thirty minutes.25 minutes later, the delivery guy showed up with our crispy pork. I tried to explain to him they lost a customer tonight because of the way I was talked to. I tried to tell him the second last time we ordered, it took over two hours to get our food, and we were cool with that, no problem, but this was not ok. He called me a liar again, At this point, I did lose my cool and yelled at him to get off my property.HORRIBLE customer service. I can't believe I paid someone to insult me, be rude to me, and all around terrible. Save yourself the anger and don't order their mediocre food.
Full start is our Go To for chinese food. The portions are good, and they have good egg rolls (almost a smaller version of Golden Palace).
Yes and yes again, you looking for a cozy clean and hospitality. Go here I highly recommend it they are very patient and good food

The food was excellent and the service was quick and outstanding! However, the portion sizes are not very generous.

I have been a customer at Full Start for over 20 years. I've tried many other Chinese restaurants, but I always come back to Full Start because it's the best.
