Teen burger cold. Fries cold . Onion rings the batter had all fallen off and there were so salty. Such a disappointment. I used to love A&W. They should offer canned or bottled beverage.
Order was placed on Oct.26 at 12:45pm via Uber Eats. When the order finally arrived an hour later the food was cold, the drink had no ice, and the onion rings I ordered (at additional charge) were not included and instead replaced with fries.I'm working nearby and I'm very dissatisfied with the lack of attention to quality. I will not be ordering from here again.
Regular customer, not anymore, employees are so rude at a&w, on top of that they don’t wear gloves and I saw the person making sandwiches and scratching his head, and wiping sweat with the same hand which was so unhygienic, I told them really polite as a request to wear gloves as I was not comfortable with what I saw.The employee said no we are not allowed to wear gloves and I will not do it, it is what it is.
