We loved the braised beef... read more Kanata is very fortunate to have Ottawa's best restaurant. The innovation is incredible at Aperitivo for both the food and beverages. We loved the braised beef tacos the most, but very honorable mention to the cod cheeks! Also fettuccine bolognese lives up to the hype. If you are not in Kanata, I recommend you make the trip to our West End shining star Aperitivo, leading Ottawa's restaurant industry!

Our drinks were promptly served upon arrival, and we appreciated that the Mezze and Share Plates were brought out one or two at a time so we could enjoy them at a leisurely pace. The cornbread was worth the wait, and our server kindly explained the delay. All of the dishes were delicious and easy to share. My only recommendation would be to add more chips with the baba ghanoush, but overall, the portion sizes were just right.

Aperitivo was very accommodating to my dietary restrictions and I had a wonderful lunch. They prioritize food allergies and I highly recommend them.
