The Beach House - Ottawa

The food here is always amazing. I've yet to have anything here I don't love. That said, tonight Bethany elevated what was already a consistently wonderful experience. She's a ture treasure in a trove of already great talent they've hired (and notably kept for a long time). It's a big deal to make great food. It's a huge deal to have happy and positive staff who makes us feel welcome and happy. 10/10!

I made reservations for Valentine’s Day with the expectation of eating seafood. When we were seated, the waitress told us of a few sold out seafood items-understandable. We then made 3 attempts to order and each time that item was also sold out. The only seafood entree left on the menu at point was king crab. We decided on appetizers and leaving. This was definitely a disappointing experience to have Valentine Day reservations at a seafood restaurant that ran out of almost all seafood. We won’t be coming back.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I don’t write reviews, but I will not be going back to this

All the plates were yummy. Best NE clam chowder, King crab legs and poke bowl appetizer.

Food was good. Waitress was nice. Small place but atmosphere was nice. Prices were a little high. But, my bill was under 100$ and I got 3 drinks, an appetizer and main meal which was something that I could not get anywhere else.
