What Xavier Evans doesn't like about Dairy Queen Grill Chill:
Every time I eat here the food is terrible. The only reason I’m eating it at this moment is because I haven’t eaten anything all day. You’d think that someone this hungry would be satisfied with anything. However Dairy Queen still fails at everything. My fries came stale and my food took an hour get out. Great food but unfriendly or very shy staff. I am old school, when I go thru a drive thru, I expect a greeting, when I get to the window to pay, I expect a greeting....and a than you, when my food is delivered I expect a good bye, thank you, love you 'mean it '.....I get, start your order when ready , window to pay repeat what I owe.....hands back card, need your receipt? and food is handed.
