I had an excellent experience at the restaurant. The food was fantastic, the staff were friendly, and everything was great. However, there was an unusual customer present who wouldn't stop talking about gaming and memes. I noticed the staff politely asked him to lower his voice, but he became quite confrontational, declaring, "DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM? I'M A COP!" After that, he checked his phone and erupted into laughte... View all feedback.
What Jack Battle doesn't like about China Palace:
I ordered delivery and tipped the driver, but I was really disappointed with the food I received. I ordered a large beef and broccoli, fried rice, and one order of pork egg rolls. I've never had a meal from a Chinese restaurant this bad! The only thing that tasted good was the broccoli. The fried rice wasn't fried at all; it was just a mix of half brown and white rice. We ate here and the food was hot and delicious Very friendly staff. recommend this place.
In several months of doing pickup orders I have never had a wrong or messed up order. Food is always hot and well prepared. The cook is always willing to do something special and also let's you know if a selection may be slightly altered do to a shortage of an ingredient. Always prompt courteous and gracious service.
What's all the fuss about the shield? It seems like people may not be reading it properly. The sign clearly states "excessive amounts of food," with the word "excessive" emphasized. I believe that those who take issue with this sign and end up wasting food are showing a lack of respect for the local farmers who produce it and the cooks who prepare it. It can be hard to remember now, but there was a time when wasting food was simply not allowed. You could take as much as you wanted, but you had to eat everything you served yourself. The principle remains the same: take what you want, but make sure to eat what you take. So why is it socially acceptable today to be so wasteful, especially when it comes to food?
This is an excellent dining spot! The food is absolutely delicious, and the service is quick and friendly. I've tried many Chinese restaurants, but this one is my favorite! I highly recommend it!
The food at the buffet is quite good, although a broader selection would be appreciated. However, the customer service is excellent. Whenever my fiancé and I visit, we don't have to ask for anything; the owner always takes great care of us.
